NEW DAY, NEW JOURNAL, NEW POST

Yesterday, I started a new journal. In our storage closet, I have journals dating back to 1985! With journaling, I've adhered to strict journaling techniques; but I've also journally let-loose, penning whatever's on my heart. The cool thing about it, is it allows me to "clean the tank" before starting the day. The cool thing--for you--is if you've never journaled, it's never too late to start!

I wrestle with the journal. In a good way. I set out to do it every night. By the time my feet come off the floor, I'm so exhausted I can't pick up the pen. I have got to discipline myself to meet that daily goal. I feel so much better, like I've cleaned my "tank" after I journal. I feel as if I turn it all over to God and like I'm telling him a story (although He already knows(!! :)

kristin, you go, friend! Wrestling with it is a good thing (& really ticks off the enemy, too)
