A few of you asked about my tweet regarding the din I made. It's a gringo-family-classic, "Tater Tot Casserole." It looks like barf, but man, no lie, it's so yummy. Here's the recipe. It's fool-proof (especially coming from me, a cooking-moron). You can't screw this up. Enjoy!32 oz bag of frozen tater tots
1 lb lean ground beef, browned
2 14.5-oz cans french cut green beans, drained
1 can of crm of mushroom soup
1 Tbsp of dried onions / S&P
1/4 cup milk
1. Spray Crock Pot w/ cooking spray.
2. Line Crock Pot w/ frozen tater tots
3. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over tots
4. Cover. Cook on High for 3 hrs.

Lol! It does look like barf! Thanks for posting it though! Looks easy enough to make! Love your header too! Totally cute and hip!
As a southern, tater-lovin' person, this one will most likely end up in the "gourmet" section of my cookbook! Can't WAIT to try it! Now, I just have to convince the rest of my family to try it!(Might have to blindfold them at first.) LOL
so this is what all the tweeting was about...i'll have to try it.
This is yummy! I put it in the crock pot before we left for church this morning and 3 1/2 hours later....voila! Lunch for the fam. Everyone gobbled it up, except my youngest son, who only eats Reeses Puffs and chicken fingers. Have to work on broadening that boy's culinary horizons......Thanks for sharing. :o)
I made it! It was awesome. Please keep sharing your recipes.
