I scream, u scream, we all scream for SOUP

I don't know what this Peruvian soup is called, but its basically: broth, noodles, beef, potatoes & a fried egg on top. Mmm good. At first, when the waiter served it, I thought I was gonna ralph all over cuz I abhor fried eggs (the slimy part, anyway). But I discovered that you can still enjoy the egg (& the soup) if you just eat around the slimy thing. Hey, if any of you are Peruvian will you please tell me where I can get this in Florida?? I'd pay handsomely for this. Which leads me to my Monday Morning Curiosity Question: What's Your Fav Soup?

Ok I don't know if I could have ate that . But I did eat eel when I was dating this girl. ( I wanted to impress her, and I paid for it later ) :) I like asian food, to which I cook alot of & Italian food. I say I would not have ate that soup, but then again when you are hungry anything is possible. As far as my fav soup, well I always liked clam chowder ( have to suport my chowder heads back home) Take care jeff, pensacola.

"Sancocho" or "Ajiaco" are my favorite..whether they are from Cuba, The Dominican Republic or Colombia... each country has a little variety to it... but they are all GREAT !!!!

Mainly starchy vegetables (Yuca, Potatoes, Green Plantains) and 3 different kinds of meat, chicken, pork, and beef...
